Hello Everyone,

Can someone tell me about the annual leave policy? Are employees entitled to receive leave salary at the time of their leave, or is it okay to give it to them once they come back after their vacation?

Also, how is the salary structure in Qatar? Does it include basic, other allowances, HRA, etc., as separate components or as a consolidated amount considered as basic salary? In our company, they have basic and other allowances in addition to accommodation, transportation, and medical benefits. In the offer letter, they only display a consolidated amount, and during salary disbursement, we can see the breakdown. Will this impact the calculation of end-of-service benefits? Is this practice legal?

Please help me with this matter; it's urgent.
