The file is a .rar file. You need to download the software to open the file. Do a Google search. Sadly, it seems that not many respondents on this site are computer literate as I see so many posts in every forum saying they cannot open the files. Most of these files are Word (.doc) or PDF (.pdf) and will open easily if you have the programs installed on your computers. Adobe Reader to read pdf files is free, so no excuse not to have it installed on your PC. Try checking these things before you fire off messages saying you can't open the file. Make the effort to learn more about your computer; these extra skills can only enhance your career prospects.
