Dear members,
Can anyone post PowerPoint presentations on housekeeping for training office boys in offices? The presentations may be in English, Hindi, or Telugu. Most offices will have office boys from the local area who may have lower literacy levels. Therefore, it is preferable to have the presentations in local languages, i.e., Hindi or Telugu.

Hi Srinivas,
It will be difficult to train with PPTs for office boys and housekeeping staff. The most critical area is housekeeping in the office and meeting the requirements of senior-level personnel regarding service levels. Therefore, I suggest you identify a capable housekeeping in-charge and deploy them. The best option would be to consider individuals from the hotel industry or hospitals, as they require high-level housekeeping due to the high volume of foot traffic and the customers' high expectations.
Another solution to address your issue is to redeploy the current office boys to other activities and outsource the entire housekeeping function.

Mr. Srinivas,
I am working in a hospital. Regarding the training of housekeeping (HK) staff, I have employed educated HK supervisors. All I have to do is train these supervisors, and they will, in turn, train the lower-level staff. Training them through PowerPoint presentations (PPT) is a lengthy process and not very effective.
Thank you.
