I am an MMS student, and I am working on a project about job satisfaction. Please share with me the various methods to measure job satisfaction, along with a format to present the data. It would be greatly appreciated if you could recommend any relevant books on this topic.

Hi Arpita,
The best way is to design a questionnaire covering all the essential aspects of employment through which you can feel the pulse of the organization. Select randomly a group so that you can cover all levels of employees within the organization or the level which you want to focus on.
Do this exercise, and I assure you that you will get an accurate Employee Satisfaction Measurement. I will suggest some more good tools to measure Employee Satisfaction and even recommend some books soon.

Hi Arpita,
As someone suggested about designing a questionnaire, you have to give justification for selecting a particular question, or it should be a certified one.

Hi Arpita,
You have to arrange questions in a manner where some questions should be positive and some should be negative. For example, if you have designed questions with answers as 'Yes' or 'No' and assigned 1 mark for 'Yes' and 0 for 'No,' then you need to structure some questions in a way that awards 0 marks for 'Yes' and 1 mark for 'No.'
I hope you understand what I'm trying to convey!
Thanks and regards,
