Greetings Reader,

My name is Ravi Gajjar, and I am working with A.F.I.L. (Ankitt Sharma Foundation for Intelligent Living) in Ahmedabad. I am working under Mr. Ankitt Sharma, who is the founder of behavioral intelligence and has provided his training to the following organizations:

- Welspun India Ltd.
- Indian Police Services
- Avalon Aviation Academy
- Indian Clinical Research Institute
- IIPM
- EDI
- Many More

He has even launched his commercial series in Ahmedabad called 'Why Careers Fail & Business Derails'.

He now plans to expand further, but we need more manpower. We are looking for individuals, both ladies and gentlemen, who are well-skilled, knowledgeable, or even smart, good-looking freshers who are interested in working in an organization that values self-employed professionals.

Please email me your resume along with two photographs (Close-up & Full Body) at afilinternational@gmail.com.

You can visit our website to learn more. Feel free to reach out to me at the mentioned email address. We strictly want good-looking and out-of-the-box thinkers.

Hi Ravi,

I have a question related to your job post. I would like to know how "Behavioral Intelligence Training" requires you to post - 'We strictly want good looking & out-of-the-box thinkers'? Have you checked and followed up with the 'anti-discrimination law obligations' while posting this job ad?

That's so true. Thank you for lighting up that point. But being a B.I. Trainer, it's not just work. We are into commercial public workshops as well. There's a lot of glamour quotient involved, and that's the reason why we have posted it. By the way, a person who is a trainer needs to be very disciplined and very fit as they are the guiding light for the people.

However, if you see, many trainers (no offense) are bulky, uncharismatic, and very old-fashioned thinkers. Take, for example, OSHO; he was a highly charismatic and fit personality, and his ideas were very modern. For instance, "Who says that you should only meditate sitting under a tree? I sit in my Royal Royce, put on the music, and meditate."

Somewhere, technically, all these things matter a lot. Have I answered your query?

Sure, you have it, Ravi.

Come to think of it, 'looks' is a very relative term and perhaps not limited to only the physical size/shape, i.e., being fat or fit. This raises the question of potentially discriminating against those who may have inherited certain aspects of their looks from birth, etc.

As for Osho, everyone has a right to his/her opinion and to agree or disagree with others' ideologies. This is what makes us democratic, without imposing one's beliefs on others.

Thank you for the prompt response. Have a good day.
