Hi all,
There are a lot of welfare activities. Some are common, and many welfare activities are linked with the company policy. Some of the common welfare activities that prevail in all industries are:
1. Canteen facilities
2. Presenting gift vouchers for employees who get married (only for the first time).
3. Sending greeting cards for birthdays
4. Monthly get-togethers with employees
5. Yearly vacations with families
6. Suggestion scheme - award for the best suggestions
7. Awards and gifts for long-serving employees - 5 years, 10 years, 20 years, 30 years, etc.
8. Medical benefits
9. Coverage of employees under some insurance policies
10. Transportation facilities for employees
11. In the case of female employees, create a ladies forum and provide monthly personal requirements for them.
12. House visits for employees who are sick, and many more. Just think over that facilitating mankind is a welfare activity.
For further doubts, please ask.
Regards,
Devarajan

You could consider good options in terms of medical and accident insurance for your employees and maybe their families. These days, you have good and economical options available. Additionally, schemes like superannuation are also welcomed by the employees.
