Basic is always 40-45% of the Gross Salary. HRA should be 40% of the Basic. Medical is fixed across the company — $1250. Conveyance is again fixed across the company — $1200. Special Allowance — you calculate based on the remaining.

Salary break should be on a Principle of 60:40. 40% basic salary, 20% HRA. The balance 40% should be considered for a tax-free component available in the hands of the beneficiary. Options are:

- 1200 pm Conveyance or fuel reimbursement
- 1100 pm Sodexo
- 1 Month Basic Salary as an LTA PA
- 15000 Medical Reimbursement
- Education allowance

Hi,

Please answer me - Is it possible to withdraw a net salary of Rs. 15,000 plus PF Rs. 2045.40 (calculated as 12% of Rs. 17,045.00) and ESIC Rs. 975.00? Please inform me of the differential amount that appears in the accounts.

In reality, they want to avail the benefits of PF and ESIC. They aim to deposit the maximum possible amount in PF while keeping ESIC in consideration, and they also want to receive a net cash of Rs. 1500 from the company. Kindly explain how this can be achieved.

Thank you.

Please answer me - Is it possible to withdraw a net salary of Rs 15,000 + PF Rs. 2045.40 (17045.00 * 12%) + 2045.40 (17045.00 * 12%) + ESIC Rs. 975.00? Please tell me the differential amount as treated in the accounts. Actually, they want to take the benefit of PF and ESIC. They want to deposit the maximum amount possible in PF but keeping ESIC in mind, and also want to receive a net cash of Rs 15,000 from the company. How is this possible? Please advise.
