There is an equation of 120 Roaster: 60% night and 40% day. There are 70 manpower in the night shift and 50 in the day shift. Additionally, there are 10 girls who will not work in the night shift. There are 40 manpower in the day shift that need to be reshuffled with the 70 night manpower. Every manpower needs to work 15 days in the night shift and 15 days in the day shift.

Please calculate how to manage this situation and reply by today.
