if anyone could help me with
what are the terms on which the international recruitment happens
for example, if i'm placing a candidate from India to UK what can be the consultancy fees that is normally charged
Is there any additional terms also which is to be mentioned while signing up the agreement with the client
what would be the replacement guarantee in the case of international placement
if someone could help me with the information pls

The resourcing rates are high,
starting from 10% to 30% of CTC
Also depends on your negotiation

Hi,
For International placement usually Consultancy FEE varies from 8.33% to 30% of the annual base salary of the candidate. Replacement guarantee is as usual 90 days, if not free replacement or refund the money back.
