Organizations that provide SAP training are Siemens, IBM, etc. These courses are very expensive, somewhere around 2.5 to 3 lakhs, and I don't think you can learn for a temporary period or part-time. It's technical and requires an instructor, or you must have exposure to software ERP. It needs a particular scenario or setup. This is what I can tell; correct me if I'm wrong.

You are right, but in the technical part. I am doing SAP - HR. I had paid 30 thousand for this 15-day course. I know that Siemens and IBM are providing this kind of course training. I'm not working with such a company. I am working with a construction company. I want to advance my career. I don't want to stay in the same company, and I don't want to lose out.

Anyway, your point is also valid. If anyone is interested in learning the whole SAP + ABAP, then they have to spend at least 3.00L for this course. If you need any further assistance, please feel free to ask.

It is possible to learn SAP-HR by yourself. Having good experience in the HR department and knowledge of HR domain can help you quickly learn SAP HR software.

A cost of 2.5 to 3.00 lakh is quite expensive. You will need to buy a system with specifications like 2GB RAM, 160GB Hard disk, 1.73Ghz, etc., and then install SAP on your system.

In the beginning, having an instructor is necessary. Learning basic coding and transaction codes can help you quickly grasp SAP.

Based on your interest, grasping power, and dedicating 4 to 5 hours every day to working on SAP, you can easily learn and master SAP-HR, leading to good job opportunities in HR.

If I remember correctly, there was a Mars Software in T. Nagar who was providing good training on SAP. I am not sure if they are still offering it. Please do check.
