• For an organization looking at starting up business in the mobile technology space is looking for an HR Head to partner with Business in charting out its people strategy and in setting up people processes and systems for growth.
• The individual will report to the CEO
• Her/his deliverables in the first two years will include setting up HR operation systems (including recruitment, C&B, Employees Relations management etc), creating & implementing people performance framework & processes, working with the management team in building the culture and being the HR Advisor /Counselor to the Management team on matters related to people performance & culture.
• The ideal candidate will be a person with 10- 12 years experience in HR who has demonstrated experience and success in managing HR Operations and OD and is comfortable in a start up environment;
• A person with the energy and drive to manage a variety of responsibilities in an organisation that is envisaged to grow at a frenetic pace.
• The position is based out of Bangalore.
