Business HR Role - 2-4 Yrs Experience - We are looking for HR professionals to join in a generalist role as part of a team handling complete HR responsibilities for a large Business Unit, with a people scope of 1200+. The role will involve almost the entire gamut of HR activities. It would entail the following and much more -
- Performance Management
- Career Management & Leadership development
- Compensation reviews
- Fostering employee assimilation & employee engagement at all levels
- Driving people initiatives and R&R
Please note, this position DOES NOT involve technical recruitment.
Requirements: The role would require the incumbent to be self motivated, process oriented and people centric. The ideal candidate would be someone with a sharp acumen to handle complex situations and should preferably be from a premier B-School with Human Resource specialization. Location will be Hyderabad.
