Business HR Role - 2-4 Yrs Experience - We are looking for HR professionals to join in a generalist role as part of a team handling complete HR responsibilities for a large Business Unit, with a people scope of 1200+. The role will involve almost the entire gamut of HR activities. It would entail the following and much more -

- Performance Management
- Career Management & Leadership development
- Compensation reviews
- Fostering employee assimilation & employee engagement at all levels
- Driving people initiatives and R&R

Requirements: The role would require the incumbent to be self motivated, process oriented and people centric. i know this post that i am writing may not be relavent to what you want but just in case if your organization requires a fresher for HR... i have actually completed my MBA (HR) ( 2008 )-- having a B.tech Background-- i would be extremely thankful if you could let me know of any openings present in the organization with respect to HR.
