Confused About Finding My Posts and Replies in the New CiteHR Layout – Can Anyone Help?

With the old citehr layout, once we logged in, there were links - "My Posts" and "New Replies." Both were very useful for creating new threads or viewing any new replies to our previous posts. Currently, I am a bit confused in understanding the same. Kindly look into it and do the needful.
