Curious About No Poaching Agreements? Seeking Insights and a Draft Format for HR Implementation

My name is Anup Abraham, and I have joined Blue Star in the HR Department. I have a few doubts pertaining to the No Poaching Agreement:

1. How relevant is this document?
2. Can the company actually sue the other company in case of an agreement with another company?
3. Can anyone send me a copy or a draft format for me to go through the relevant points?

My company does not have a no poaching agreement with any company. However, we are in the process of implementing the same in the very near future, hence the interest.

Hello! Can anybody help out with this topic? All I need is a format of a no-poach agreement document. Most IT companies and BPOs have it. No HR members from those fields. Eagerly awaiting.
