I want to know how much percentage of the amount we will get as an exemption for it in case of medical bills & house rent. My CTC is 250,000. My basic is 12,500, so HRA would be 5,000. I have joined on August 27th, so I can submit the receipts from April 2009 to March 2010 or from the date of joining, and for how much amount I can get redeemed. Please let me know soon.
