Can you please guide me to implement some Non Financial HR Initiatives. What all i can implement as Non financial/Low budget HR initiatives in my organisation.

Hi Mr.Ramakant,
The following can be done as HR intiatives
1. Send a greetings on his / her wedding / Birthday
2. Organise an inhouse training programme for employees

Thanks for your suggestion .
But we arer alredy doing activities like Birth day, open forum, employee of month, womens day, grioevence/ suggestion box.
