Pay Package For A Clinical Research BPO

Hi All, I am the HR manager for a newly set up clinical research BPO in India. We basically are into documentation of clinical research. I would like to know what are the starting salaries in other such similar companies for a SAs Programmer and medical writer. All the employees are master's degree holders in biotechnology or bioinformatics.
Please help by giving this information. I am doing a research on all the pay packets before fixing it for our company. NEed to know the running market rate.

I am also working with one of a leading CRO's of india, based at Gujarat, pay packets are high in comparison to other industries, like for a fresh B.Pharm we are offering 10K for a fresh M. Pharm it woule be around 13K likewise, as it also depends on teh city where we are offering the position, if it is in a metro then it would be a different pay scale....

I have a candidate who has done M. Sc. in organic chemistry and DOCTRATE IN ENVIRONMENTALCHEMISTRY AND ALSO HAVE MASTER DEGREE IN MARKETING MANAGEMENT.
Can you advise me what will be the best option for him and what will be the expected CTC he will get ?

I am post graduate in Pharmacy (M.Pharm in Pharmacology).Currently working in a clinical research company with exp.of 2 years as a clinical research co-ordinator.I am a bit confused that where shall I try for my next jump i.e in QA for CRO,CRA,Medical writing,Documentation,Clinical data management or Clinical BPO and what should be my expected CTC.

M. Pharm phamac are in high demand these days due to boom in CRO industry. If you really want to get a good opportunity then Ahmedabad is the best place for it. lot of CRO's are present here may be you can try once you will definately get a good opportunity.
