Bangalore CHR Meet- 28th June 08

The Bangalore Cite HR Offline meet is scheduled for 28th June 2008. Promentor Consulting is coordinating with the team in organizing the meet. We are assigned to take care of registrations and venue finalization.

We request you to submit your registrations here in this thread. Dear All,

Thanks to all the HR professionals who have registered for the CHR Meet in Bangalore. The response was very impressive. Registrations have exceeded our expectations, and we are still receiving more registrations. We are unsure whether to close registrations now or to continue to allow more interested HR professionals to benefit from the event.

As of today, we have around 70 registrations. We expect everyone's participation as we have made all the necessary arrangements for the event. Your absence would not only be a loss for you but also for the sponsors financially.

We are working diligently to make this event free. However, if we do not secure additional sponsors, we may need to charge a nominal fee to cover incidental expenses. Our goal is to keep it free, and we are doing our best to achieve that.

Tomorrow, the volunteers' meeting has been scheduled for June 4th, 2008, at the same venue (Airlines Hotel) around 6:45 or 7 PM. All volunteers are requested to attend as we are running out of time to finalize the arrangements. Please be prepared for rain in the evening and make necessary arrangements to attend the meeting.

Everyone is wondering what happened to the CHR Meet in Bangalore. We are through with all the preparations. Shortly, you will start receiving the invitation, agenda, route map for the venue, etc.

The venue is:

Opposite Bangalore International Hotel, Near Mallige Hospital

You can reach the place through Race Course Road from High Grounds or from Kumara Krupa Road, reach Shivananda Circle, and go further on the same road towards Ananda Rao Circle.
