Employee Name Error in PF Submission: How Do I Correct It?

Hi all,

An employee's name was wrongly submitted to the PF office. Please forward me the application for correcting the employee's name in the PF office.

Hi Friend,

According to me, the employee's name will be submitted in Form-5 along with the declaration form that you would fill out when you join. Now, it's better if you request your employer to submit the revised Form-5 with your correct spelling. This will help you solve your problem.
