Seeking Expert Insights: How Can We Better Manage Stress for Young Executives?

Hello everyone,

I am Aman Tiwari, currently pursuing my MBA in Human Resources from Delhi School of Economics. I am currently undertaking my summer internship at TNS-Global, a UK-based market research firm. As part of my internship, I am conducting research on stress management for young executives aged between 25-32 years.

We have surveyed 115 executives in the age group of 25 to 32 from 110 different companies. Some of the companies included in the sample are ONGC, Unilever, Escorts, Coca-Cola, Patni Computer Systems, BPL, Mahindra & Mahindra, Aviva Life Insurance, Unitech India Ltd, Team Lease, Sasken Technologies, Chambal Fertilizers, GE Capital, and many more.

I have completed the overall analysis, and as the final report will be published in various business magazines and journals, I am looking to include comments from senior-level HR professionals and consultants. Therefore, please suggest the names of some reputable psychologists. I will also be reaching out to senior HR managers for their opinions on stress. I have attached a small questionnaire, and I would appreciate it if you could fill it out.
