Hello Jitendra,

Great sheet for yearly calculation, but it may not be used if people are using software for salary. However, you may refer to the sheet, which can be used during recruitment to understand the burden on the company.

All the best.

Thanks

Hi everybody,

I'm Shailesh, working in a power company as an HR person. I want to say thanks to everybody who has provided the CTC calculator.

Now, I need some more help if anyone is capable. I need a calculator in which we have to enter only two things:

1) The position such as CEO, GM, VP, or whatever it is.
2) The CTC of the person.

One more thing, it will be very helpful if you give numbers to the positions, for example, 1 for CEO, 2 for VP, 3 for CFO.

I need this calculator for top management only. Can anyone help me?

Thank you for sending the salary breakup calculator. It is indeed useful. However, I am concerned that the same tool is likely implemented in most organizations, particularly software companies. Nonetheless, I appreciate the effort from the team.

Hi friends,

Thank you a trillion for your continuous efforts to answer many of our queries. Can anybody help me in this regard?

For an HR executive with 16 months of experience, what are the components involved in his/her payslip? How do you calculate basic, HRA, TA, other incentives, and more to reach a total amount of Rs. 10,000 per month?

Thank you so much for the calculator. Although this may not be applicable in all organizations, it is very helpful for most of us. It makes a significant difference.

Thank you,

Dear Ganesh,

Have you read the instruction manual provided with the program? It is already mentioned in the second line of my thread to read the instruction manual first before using the program.

"Read the instructions carefully provided with the program before entering your details."

Don't enter your data into the program without reading the instruction manual; otherwise, you will be confused. Read the instruction manual and follow the instructions given by the manual. That way, you won't need any password and can make necessary changes in the program.
