PF Settlement - Manufacturing Company

Dear Folks,
I'm newly joined in manufacturing company. I would like to know what are forms to be used for PF withdraw and transfer etc and also retirement settlement.

For withdrawing the amount before superannuation forms 19 and 10 C shall be used. In case of superannuation, form 19 and form 10 D (for pension). In case of death, for withdrawing the balace in EPF account by the nominee, form 20 shall be used.For transfering the account form 13 shall be used.

You can download it from the website of Employees Provident Fund Organisation. Since these forms are common to all, you can take it from any site of EPFO. You can have hard copy from the nearest office of the Enforcement Officer or Asst. Provident Fund Commissioner of the Sub Regional Office.
