Navigating PF Settlement: What Forms Do I Need for Withdrawal, Transfer, and Retirement?

I've recently joined a manufacturing company. I would like to know which forms are required for PF withdrawal, transfer, and retirement settlement.

For withdrawing the amount before superannuation, Forms 19 and 10 C shall be used. In the case of superannuation, Form 19 and Form 10 D (for pension) are required. In the event of death, to withdraw the balance in the EPF account by the nominee, Form 20 shall be used. For transferring the account, Form 13 shall be used.

You can download it from the website of Employees' Provident Fund Organisation. Since these forms are common to all, you can obtain them from any EPFO site. You can also request a hard copy from the nearest office of the Enforcement Officer or Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner of the Sub Regional Office.
