Please find below the functions/tasks for which an Admin Executive is responsible:

Front office executive and supervisor will report directly.

Coordinating incoming and outgoing calls.

Arranging bouquets daily for birthdays and organizing monthly birthday events.

Arranging room reservations and cabs if required for the Senior Vice President, Vice President, Assistant Vice President, Manager, Assistant Manager, and employees.

Assigning employee codes to new joiners and conducting induction (explaining leave and attendance policies).

Contacting the bank executive to open new employee accounts (debit cards) for salary purposes.

Updating attendance, leaves (full day and half day), and maintaining leave and attendance records.

Sending the weekly attendance sheet to all employees and resolving attendance issues if they arise.

Monitoring vendors such as housekeeping, electricians, plumbers, groceries, and stationery personnel, and coordinating with their supervisors for issue resolution.

Checking the premises and its belongings daily.

Ordering groceries and stationery as needed.

Managing vendors (coordinating all vendors for smooth operations).

Maintaining checklists for vendors (weekly and monthly audit checklists).

Handling logistics requirements such as groceries and stationery for employees.
