With all your input, I aim to create a policy that will not only motivate employees but also enhance their work. I believe the reference scheme should not solely focus on earning incentives. Employee references are one of the good sources of recruitment, but this source may also create problems because it can create a different lobby within a company and try to exert control over the rest of the employees. Therefore, care must be taken when considering references.

I was actually planning an incentive scheme and also wanted to consider this reference from an appraisal point of view. I did not want this referral program to be money-based.
