Exploring Diploma in HR through Distance Learning: Options and Recommendations

I am working for a multinational company. We want to recognize some of our HR Executives for obtaining a diploma in HR through distance learning. The duration will vary from 6 months to 1 year.

Could you please provide details of the business school that offers such programs?

Good thought to develop for your workforce. I am also doing PGDHR course from ICFAI University. As you are also aware, there are lots of distance learning universities with online examinations. ICFAI conducts offline examinations.

According to me, if you choose offline exams, you will have to interact with books, and this will provide you with real knowledge.

I know about ICFIC, IGNOU. Even I tried for XLRI, Symbiosis, Nirma, NMIMS, but could not get the required information. Even they don't offer such courses.
