I would like to do my Academic HR project on "Employee Safety & Welfare". Could any one of you please guide me about the contents or I would appreciate if anyone shares some samples.

Please have a detailed understanding of the Factories Act, ESI Act, Employees' Provident Fund Act, etc. To start with, please refer to a PowerPoint presentation on "Important Labour and Factory Legislations in India" which is available on this forum itself. Build up your study based on it. For clarifications, post the same in the suitable forum. This thread may also be moved to a related forum. You can collect more information accordingly.
