this is a word doc presentation not a PPT
i wonder how come as a training manager you dont know the difference
anyways secondly this is not your self composition so could we have you type the credits as where you got it from or who created it ???????
and i think this should be a message to one and all on this site
its good to share best practices and even better when we announce where we get it from

could u tone the way u speak. u dnt need to be harsh wen u speak to people. i m not disputing wat u have said, but there is a way to tell anythng.

file is downloded but not opening may be problem with security. So please do the need ful and reload it.

You are right that he is not knowing the difference of PPT & DOC, also, I agree with you that it is not his original post.
At the same time "Would you agree if I say, you could have been more politer than this, REMEMBER "NOBODY LIKE THE RULE TO RULE HIMSELF".
I'm sorry I donot want to hurt you or anybody, soft spoken is always liked by others. Abdul Kalam, Amitabh & Tendulkar are not good because they are FAMOUS and RICH, rather due to their soft nature?
Anyway, SAXENA must take it as positive and try to correct the error.
