I am new to HR and also from the IT field with limited knowledge about HR. Please guide me on how to set up PF and ESI for employee salaries. I would like to know the maximum amounts for PF and ESI contributions and the criteria for employees to be included in the PF or ESI slab.
If an employee utilizes ESI benefits, how can they be applied to IT deductions? How can employees benefit from ESI, PF, and other statutory benefits?
