How Do You Celebrate Birthdays at Work? Seeking Ideas for Office Celebrations

Can anyone help me frame a policy for celebrating birthdays or anniversaries in the office? Please share your ideas with me.

Here's a suggestion:

1. Create a database with the birthdates of all the employees.
2. Assign a birthday team to take care of the celebrations.
3. For the celebration, you can ask all team members to contribute and buy a cake and a card (gift if it allows you).
4. On the day, you can send a congratulatory email to the birthday individual and forward it to all team members so that everybody can extend their wishes.
5. You can request the birthday team to decorate the workstation of the birthday person.
