Transitioning from Gross Salary to CTC: How Do I Handle Statutory Compliance Changes?

Hi,

My company is moving from gross salary calculations to CTC. I am confused as to how to go about the calculations because all my statutory compliances are based on gross or basic and DA. Basic and DA here are percentages of the gross.
