New to Recruitment: How Do Incentive Structures Work for Each Hire?

This is my first company in my recruitment career. Hence, I am not aware of the incentive structure in the market. Kindly help me and let me know the incentive structure for each recruit.

Hi Prabha,

Thank you for your valuable query. Since I am also an IT recruiter with 1 year of experience, the incentive structure will vary based on the joinee's CTC. It will also vary based on the grade.

Incentive Structure (Followed in our Company):

1. If candidate's per month salary is up to Rs. 50,000 - 5%
2. If candidate's per month salary is between Rs. 50,000-100,000 - 7.5%
3. If candidate's per month salary is above Rs. 100,000 - 10%
