Incentive Structure - Recruitment Career

Hi Friends,
This is my first company in my recruitment career. Hence I am not aware of the incentive structure in the market, kindly help me & let me know the incentive structure for each recruit.

Thanks for your valuable query.. Since I am also an IT recruiter having 1 yr of Exp. Incentive structure will differs based on the joinee's CTC. It will differs based on the Grade also.
Incentive Structure (Followed in our Company):
1. If Candiadates's per month salary - upto Rs.50,000 - 5%
2. If Candiadates's per month salary - between 50,000-100,000 - 7.5%
3. If Candiadates's per month salary - Above 100,000 -10%
