2. Management's expectation is that employees perform activities in the required manner and timely fashion, enabling the boss to focus on business-related strategic decision-making. The main goal is for both the boss and employee to work as business partners to effectively carry out tasks.

3. From the company's perspective, HR professionals are like the nuts and bolts of a machine, acting as silent partners in the business. They ensure smooth operations to run the company efficiently and take care of all members. The company believes HR professionals should align their work with business requirements to facilitate the company's long-term growth.
