Seeking Advice on Crafting Effective Confidentiality Agreements for Sensitive Info

Dear All,
Can you please provide inputs on Confidentiality Agreement/Clause that are followed in your organization. Like General guidelines of do's and dont's regarding handling sensitive information e.g. passwords not being shared, company info not leaking, etc.
And some specific to client work – that is if you are working on a critical assignment some non-disclosure agreement with the team, etc.

Dear Mmataji,

No need to frame confidential agreements separately. First, select the cadres and designated employees. Then, according to the committee members of the recruitment and selection board of your organization, you may frame the appointment letter. In that, mention the job description, including what to do and what not to do, for the respective designated cadre posts.
