Seeking Innovative HR Practices in FMCG and F&B: Can You Share Your Insights?

Hi, my name is Nirali Desai. I'm doing my MBA in HR and currently working on my summer project. I have to benchmark innovative practices in HR and for that, I need information on some of the innovative practices performed by organizations. I need policies/practices on reward and recognition, sales incentives programs, e-learning through the internet, and employee communication platforms. I need practices of the FMCG or F&B industry preferably. If any of you are working in these industries and can share some best practices performed by your organization or know some best practices done by other organizations in these industries, please do so.
