Hi...my name is Nirali Desai...m doing my MBA in HR and currently working on my summer project...i have to benchmark innovative practices in HR and for that i need information on some of the innovative practices performed by organisations....I need policies/practices on reward and recognition, sales incentives programs, e-learning thru internet & employee communication platforms..I need practices of FMCG or F&B industry preferably...If any of u are working in these industries and can share some best practices performed by ur organisation...or know some best practices done by other orgn in these industries...pls do so..waiting for ur reply..
