Need Help Gathering Campus Recruitment Selection Procedures Across Key Industries

I am Rohit, and I am doing my Summer Internship with one of the automobile manufacturing companies in the country. I have been urgently asked to find out the various selection procedures for campus recruitments (both for graduate engineers & MBAs). It's basically a benchmarking kind of report, wherein I need to find out what different selection tools various companies use.

I have been asked to take a sample size of 15 with 3 each in the following sectors:
1. FMCG
2. IT
3. Manufacturing & Automobile
4. Consulting
5. Banking & Finance
