How Should We Handle Employee Transportation and Flexible Hours Together?

Hi,

Our company is planning to introduce transportation facilities for employees. Are there any policies (or terms & conditions) for employees to use the company transportation facility considering possible related issues, such as if the bus reaches the office late or if an employee is delayed due to office work, etc.?

Additionally, we currently have flexible office hours. Do we need to change this to fixed office hours?

I would appreciate your views on this matter.

Hi Hitesh, It is required to fix the shift schedule for employees to provide transport facility. A fixed transport policy must be approved by Facility Admin and HR.
