Dear Octavious,

The interview forms are quite helpful. However, I felt that the interview skills PPT should be improved, especially slides 11, 13, 14, 15, and 16. The text is good, but we trainers should put all the text in Word docs rather than pasting everything in PPT because if the pupil reads everything from the PPT, then why are we there to explain. Anyways, the rest of the material is fantastic.
