Job Specification of Quality Assurance Analyst

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry or 3+ years in Quality Assurance.
3. Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Distribution Practice.
4. Fluent in English.
5. Customer-oriented and service-minded.
6. Strong knowledge in Quality Management Systems applicable to the pharmaceutical industry.
7. Requires interpersonal communication, group facilitation, project coordination/management, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools, statistical methodologies.
9. Experienced in MS Office applications.
10. Resourceful and self-starter.
11. Comfortable working in an evolving role.
12. Ability to work well with a wide range of individuals.
13. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
14. Ability to problem-solve complex issues.
