Thank you for the information. I was trying to post this query, but I was not able to find where to post it. Currently, I have almost 4 years of experience in the HR field as a manager for the last 2 years, but all this experience is in Dubai.

We are now migrating to Australia, so I am planning to do SAP HR online training from GENEVOTE in India. However, before paying the fee, I would like to know if the Payroll (SAP HR) is in the Indian version or International, or if we can customize it according to our requirements. I am not accustomed to the Indian system of salary payments, so it might be challenging. Please advise.

I am not the competent person to answer your query, but I will try to provide a response based on my knowledge. I would advise that you seek more expert opinions on this matter.

The HR Payroll systems in India and internationally are different. The question of whether you can customize them according to your requirements has a positive answer. The version they teach would depend on the course content you have opted for. In most cases, SAP is modified to suit the needs of companies. Given that it is an online course, I assume they would be teaching you the International version of HR Payroll.

Regarding GENEVOTE, they are a highly reputable but costly company. However, they are known for their efficiency when compared to others.

Kindly log into citehr, then click on the Forum Index. You will see various groups like LEGAL, KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT, HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT. Now, as soon as you see all the forums, click on either Human Resources Software & Information Systems or Talk To Seniors. Upon clicking on the above-mentioned forums, you will be taken to the particular groups stated above. After reaching either of the above-mentioned groups, click on "New Thread," and then post your query there.
