I want to know that if we paid pf challan on 11 th of month and bank remited it on 16 th of the month than who is liable for the let payment to pf account..

Dear Friends,
I need a legal openion regarding the demand by the Enforcement officer EPFO to submit the clarification on the notes made by another EO on aug 2005. Actually after that there was an inspection by an EO on 2007 and we have cleared all issues at 2007 itself.
My doubt is whether it is possible to the current EO to call for the records to submit the records of 2005 as per 2005 EO report. If there is any provission in EPF act regarding this plz quote the section.

Gratuity 3.5 lacs.
There is no change,pls update us.

Pl note that wage ceiling is 15,000 under ESIC & Gratuity payment now upto 100000/-depend upon the period of service & salary.

I just came to know that p.f rules got changed and now there are three parameter added its employee,employer and bonus.Is it true?
