New to CiteHR: Where Can I Find a Questionnaire to Measure Emotional Intelligence (EQ)?

I am a new member of CiteHR. I spent a good half of today browsing through this site, and I think I love it. The reason I started browsing in the first place was in search of a questionnaire to measure Emotional Intelligence (EQ), and voila, I got hooked onto this site. Can somebody help me with a few links where I can find this?
