Dear ALL,
Kindly help me out, as my company is falling under "Shop & Establishment Act”.
Is there any legal clause for minimum no of leaves avail to employee?
According to our Hr Policy, we are providing 12 leaves in first year and from 2nd year onwards 24 leaves.

Dear Miss Shweta,
You have to follow the instructions of Shop & Establishments Act of Gujarat region. The minimum leave required to provide is already detailed there.
