Hi
If a persons salary is increased beyond 10, 000 during his contribution period , his contibution shall only be based on the ceiling amount 10,000 but not on the increased amount.
The same rule applies for the PF also

Hi,
I am trying to reply of few questions raised :-
01. If any employees salary exceeds above Rs.10,000/- ESIC is needs to be deducted on actual paid salary till the completion of contributory period.
02. Rounding Off: As per ESIC, you should round to nearest rupee.
Correct, if I am wrong.
Regards,
Deepak.
