Managing a CV Databank for Overseas Projects: Any Tips or Excel Formats to Share?

I am working as an HR Coordinator for a multinational construction company, specifically focusing on the recruitment aspect for our overseas projects. Can anybody suggest how I can properly manage my CV databank? Do you have any Excel format for this purpose?

Dear Sandipan,

Please find attached the Excel sheet format for your reference. You can easily maintain your "DATA Bank-Resume" by attaching the resumes of the candidates using the "Insert" option. When you click on the insert option, you will find an "Object" where you can select "create from file" from the desired source to upload the resume. This way, you can easily access the resumes whenever needed.
