Hi,
The separation process starts with Resignation letter followed with Exit Interview, providing Experience as well as Relieving certificate, Full & final settlement preparation. Recovery of company goods and no dues process..

They are good materials for all HRs,because employee do resign,retire or terminate employment and it is HRs duties to ensure they do not leave with organization's properties,
