i am currently doing a summer project on competency mapping for a manufacturing firm.
till now i hv identified key roles in the firm and defined the required competencies for the role.
My next step is taking a sample of 8-10 people in the identified roles and interviewing them to identify the gaps in the competencies (ie actual versus expected)..i need to design a questionnaire for the same...could anyone please give me some direction in this by giving few sample questions/questionnaires
