Those who liked my last post and have an interest in IR issues can check Business Manager June '08 issue. There is an interesting article of mine on PF. You can refer to the post by Mr. Anil Kaushik, the editor of Business Manager, dated 08/06/2008, regarding this matter.

Thank you once again.

Kind Regards.

Hi Saji,

Thank you for your message. It was very useful information. I have a small doubt on the mapping system. While mapping behavior competency, do we use numeric numbers to represent the level of competency, or do we use words like:

1. Average
2. Proficient
3. Excellent

We should also have different degrees/levels under each competency, marked as Average/Proficient/Excellent. However, for technical/functional competency, you can use numeric numbers.

I would appreciate your feedback.

Best regards,
Saji
