I am the Head of HR and Admin at an NGO that operates close to 200 schools - 180+ government-adopted schools and 11 proprietary schools. The content shared here was excellent. Currently, I am in the process of developing a Performance Appraisal System and creating Policy/SOP manuals for the NGO.
