Building a Feature for User Group Formation

We are going to build a feature that will allow users to form their own small groups by meeting other members in their area. All they will need to do is specify a date, time, and venue and show up there. Multiple meets at various locations in the city can be formed.

I think Madhya Pradesh is the heart of India and geographically a big state. We can add MP/CG or Indore (the commercial capital of MP) as a location group. Indore has a good corporate culture and is home to two industrial areas nearby: Pithampur and Dewas. Indore also has a Special Economic Zone (SEZ).

Please do the needful if possible.
