1. To maintain the personnel files and statutory requirements of new joinings.
2. To check the timings and attendance of all employees.
3. Maintain a record of leave applications.
4. Providing Management Information System (MIS) on a timely basis to the HR head.
5. To assist in manpower planning by obtaining requisitions from Heads of Departments (HODs).
6. Ensure legal compliance if applicable.
7. To take care of office administration and housekeeping.
8. Carry out any other responsibilities as assigned by the HR Head from time to time.
