1. to maintain the Personnel files,statutory requirements of new joining.
2. To check the timings and attendance of all employees.
3. Maintain record of leaves applications.
4. Providing MIS on a time to time basis to HR head.
5. To assist in manpower planning by obtaining the requisitions by HODs.
6. Ensure the legal complience if applicable.
7. To take care of office administration and housekeeping.
8.Carry any other responsibilities as assigned by HR Head from time to time.
These are the basic things for tne newly joined trainee.Can be varied from co. to co.
